Allegro

The Allegro has become one of our favorites over the past years. Its balanced feel and rich sound has made it the preferred bows of many musician in almost no time. They are the preferred Arcus bow of many amateurs due to their ease of handling.

The Allegro comes with a round stick. The classical cut frog is made from ebony (and sometimes from snakewood). The silver-black winding give a special touch and a very safe hold. It is mounted entirely in sterling silver. The slide and eyes are made from fine abalone.

With its rich, warm and round sound the Allegro is the ideal bow for orchestra and chamber music.

The alternatives: Similar resonance quality offers the Sinfonia, but with a somewhat more brilliant sound and a more virtuosic playing characteristic.

Even easier to handle and again warmer in sound is the Veloce.
