Every Arcus-bow is made with the greatest care, from the best materials and under strict quality control. The stick is designed to withstand the hardest use, surpassing the strength of wooden bows several times.

For this reason we are able to offer a 10-Year-Warranty on every Arcus-bow stick.

This warranty covers all damage that might occur during normal use. The frog and mechanism we warranty for 2 years. Natural wear and tear e.g. on the hair, thumb-leather or screw are excluded from this warranty. (please check repairs). We also promise to handle any possible complaint with the greatest attention and care.

In case of any warranty claim the defective bow has to be returned to us. We will determine the cause of failure on close and diligent inspection and propose any necessary repair or replacement.

A Comment regarding the durability of Arcus bows:

Carbon fibers are of crystalline structure and thus, very similar to a diamond, which also consists of pure carbon. This makes our sticks extremely resistant to enduring vibration and tension. The unique process by which our sticks are made ensures that the fibers are pressed hard together and the resin stays free of tension. This way we make sure that an Arcus-bow will serve many generations of musicians without ever warping or losing any of its resiliency.
